How do we going about booking?

Once you have decided what home gym equipment you would like to hire simply click book online and fill in your details. Once we have received your booking form we will email you back with a quote, how to pay and some delivery dates to chose from.

How do I pay?

We offer the following payment options:

- Debit/Credit card payment
- Bank transfer

For orders over £250 you have the option to pay monthly. You'll pay an Initial upfront payment depending on equipment hire, then remaining balance will be split up evenly via monthly Direct Debit.

Question 3

Can we extend the hire after the initial hire period?

If your enjoying our equipment and wish to extend the hire period you can do this at any point during the hire term, just get in touch.

Question 4

Will there be any credit checks?

Accepted Answer

No, however we will ask for proof of residency before the equipment is installed.

On the day of delivery the installation team will ask you to prove your identity with photo ID (UK drivers licence or passport) and proof of residence with either a bank statement or utility bill that matches the delivery address and photo id.

What if the equipment stops working?

Accepted Answer

If the equipment stops working or something doesn't seem right please stop using the equipment and contact us immediately. We will either repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.

Can we buy the equipment we are hiring?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just get in touch during the hire and ask for a price to buy the equipment.

What area do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We hire fitness equipment across large parts of the North West England and North Wales regions such as Cheshire, Manchester, Wirral, Merseyside and surrounding areas.
